The Home-Based Business Network (HBBN) is a partnership between local government entities dedicated to supporting home-based businesses in the region by providing events and resources, including an annual conference and a Lunch & Learn series. The program is facilitated by the Hampton Roads Small Business Development Center and was founded by localities on the Virginia Peninsula. These nationally recognized initiatives and events serve home-based businesses of all types and sizes.
